A member of our team who works from home, recently did some testing, he realized no matter what time he work up, he started working at 11. So, in return he decided to be sleeping late instead of waking up early and in the end, he realized he was doing much more. One thing that most people do when they wake is looking through social media, which can consume most of their morning hours. Waking up late and sleeping late was working to his advantage.
It is advisable for people to find their comfort zone, since we are not the same. Find out what is the best time to wake up for you and when you are productive the most. At the end of the day, not everybody is a morning person.
There are people who cannot operate, unless they eat some food in the morning. If eating too much makes you unproductive, then don’t do it. Know what works best for you then follow it.
When it comes to napping, there are people who need to nap in between their schedule to boost their productivity. Research shows that a nap should not go for more than 1 hour. There are people who need naps that exceed an hour to be more energized and that is okay.

As much as establishing a routine is going to make you be productive, it is important to have hobbies that you can do after work. The only way to balance your life is through having a life outside working from home. After work, it would be a good time to catch up with friends and family members and do various kind of activities with them.
In conclusion, you need some rest and this can vary from person to person. A mattress in a bad condition can make it uncomfortable for you when resting. Also, have a routine that will help get in the mood of working.
